Surgical Bridge Program

While FIBUSPAM meets many of the healthcare needs of the Chimborazo population, there are some cases that cannot be treated by FIBUSPAM. PACH’s Surgical Bridge Program is committed to treating these complex cases, the majority of which are pediatric cases. This program promotes the lifelong wellbeing for Ecuadorians in need of complex care, connecting them with advanced medical providers in the United States and coordinating their travel. This program has facilitated the completion of surgeries for 7 children over 25 trips since 2014.
