We Have the Power to Impact Our Future

PACH’s mission is to foster sustainable healthcare systems and communities in Andean Ecuador by providing education, resources, and enduring solutions through supporting the Ecuadorian non-profit, Fundacion Internacional Buen Samaritano Paul Martel (FIBUSPAM). Participants will work alongside FIBUSPAM staff in mobile medical clinics for underserved indigenous communities in Ecuador. Participants play a vital role in the medical caravans, while gaining a unique cross-cultural experience. Roles can include prescribing and distributing reading glasses, providing dental education to children, and supporting community projects. No medical experience or Spanish language ability is needed to volunteer!

Daily Itinerary

  1. Arrive to Quito and get settled in.
  2. Adventure in Cotopaxi National Park
  3. Meet FIBUSPAM and Begin Community Outreach
  4. Community Outreach campaign
  5. Community Collaboration and Learning Opportunity
  6. Adventure excursion
  7. Back to Quito for flights home
